Before installation, the cylinder head underwent specialized bench testing for:
– pressure and sealing integrity;
– inspection for internal microcracks;
– coolant jacket and oil channel pressure testing;
– structural stability verification under operating temperatures.

After final engine assembly, an additional chemical combustion leak test was performed using a reactive indicator fluid ampoule to detect exhaust gases in the coolant system (CO₂ leak test).

Test results were negative:
✔ no exhaust gases detected in the coolant;
✔ no compression leakage into the cooling system;
✔ stable engine operation within normal temperature ranges;
✔ cooling system operating within factory specifications.

The results confirm proper cylinder head sealing, correct installation, and reliable engine performance after repair.
