– In case a spare part is not currently in stock, a 50% advance payment is required in order to place a special order with the manufacturer or supplier.
– The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Special order and customer-requested parts may require additional delivery time depending on supplier availability and international logistics.
– Advance payments for specially ordered products are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processing has started.
– MOTORPRO.EU reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of supplier issues, pricing errors, or unavailable products.
– Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility of the ordered spare parts with their vehicle before purchase.
– All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure professional quality standards.
– Warranty conditions apply according to the product category and manufacturer specifications.
